  • On the road to get your views

We are holding our biggest ever public consultation to find out what you think about the services we provide and where our priorities should be in the future.

Shoppers were able to tell us what they thought when we visited various towns in early November 2017.

We were out and about meeting customers in person at the following venues:

    • Taunton - Orchard Shopping Centre on Wednesday 1 November
    • Poole - The Dolphin Shopping Centre on Thursday 2 November
    • Trowbridge - Shires Shopping Centre on Friday 3 November
    • Bristol - The Galleries on Saturday 4 November

At these community roadshows we wanted to hear customers' thoughts on what would work best for them when it comes to future water bill changes.

Our focus is on our investment plans up to 2025, setting out where we should be investing to improve and safeguard those services for customers and also to protect the environment.

If you didn't get along to see us when we visited these towns, don't worry because you can still tell us what you think by completing our online survey.

Complete the survey and you'll be entered into a prize draw to win £200 worth of LOVE2SHOP vouchers that can be used in a variety of high street stores.

    Make Every Drop Matter

The roadshows above followed our Make Every Drop Matter campaign when we went out on the road during the summer to give customers advice about saving water in the home and garden.

We visited the RNAS Yeovilton International Air Day at the Royal Naval Air Station in Yeovilton; Chippenham; Taunton; Poole and The Great Dorset Stream Fair, near Blandford, Dorset

Our mobile vehicle and stand showcased some of the UK’s favourite water efficient plants while quizzes and competitions kept younger visitors entertained.
